So, I’m a regular browser of an online forum for Acura NSX owners called NSX Prime. Today I discovered a thread which began at the end of December where a user named “NSX_Nick” decided to go ahead and hide links to his poker site in one of his posts. Someone called him on it, and hilarity most definitely ensued. Here is a brief rundown of what has happened:

1) Nick Sitko (NSX_Nick) is actually a convicted sex offender, discovered by a user searching the public archives
2) Nick’s full name and address were pulled off the WHOIS data for his domain names
3) Word begins to spread on the Internet, over 100 different forums link in to the thread
4) NSX Nick denies everything, claims he is someone else
5) Nick forgets to remove all his NSX pictures from directories stored on his poker site
6) Nick’s Myspace page found.. More confirmation of ID
7) Mechanic comes forward after recognizing Nick and his NSX
Details about Nick’s condo mortgage are posted (from public records)
9) Nick starts posting on other boards pretending to be other people. Fails miserably
10) Over 250 forums now link in
11) Many Photoshopped images popping up with Nick’s picture

First of all, these creditors didn’t even phone me but instead phoned my relatives. Secondly, the idiot who phoned me must have forgotten that her phone was still connected and she happened to say something interesting before actually hanging up. See the link below to get to the Youtube video!
